Do you consider shemales to be the third sex of human beings?

Considering they have female body's and female minds. They apparently have male reproductive organs. In which can be considered sexual objects of interest by both sexual parties. One would flat out call them male, but science had recently stated that sex is determined by the state of mind and how it acts. So if they have female minds and male reproductive organs, then wouldn't they be declared both sexes?
