Ip registered on chatroulette?

I was playing guitar on chatroulette.com.
all of a sudden it said my ip was registered? it wasnt a person typing, because the dude had his hands up. What does this mean? i googled it, and i read something about sex offenders, did they think i was one? I am 17 and didnt do anything wrong.... what happened?

Same as me...
I've never done anything out of the limits...The far I've gone is giving/showing the finger to nude people.
SO having had the same problem as you I think there's something wrong with that site.
